Two of the fundamental obstacles faced by our society is the complexity of the society itself, with multiethnic backgrounds and traditions, and the lone fact that Indonesia is consist of 17.500 islands scattered across the equator. Our projects and goal must, therefore, be adjusted to the multicultural moral and customs of our land. But regarding that we ourselves come from various backgrounds, it has helped us extensively in our work. We are actively following the latest development policy and education that has its approach in the diaspora community.
